The new sales include an oceanfront Hamptons-inspired Cape Cod that closed escrow on January 14th for just shy of $20 million and seven ocean view homesites. One wealth manager, and Strand owner, attributed the surge in new sales to the recent correction in the stock market and the shift from equities to hard assets.
