The Strand at Headlands in Dana Point has earned bragging rights for selling more than $54 million in luxury homesites and homes in January. The new sales include an oceanfront Hamptons-inspired Cape Cod that closed escrow on January 14th for just shy of $20 million and seven ocean view homesites. One wealth manager, and Strand owner, attributed the surge in new sales to the recent correction in the stock market and the shift from equities to hard assets.
The Strand’s Director of Sales Jeff Golden, who has more than 30 years in luxury land and new home sales, credits this extreme uptick in Strand sales to a very simple supply-and-demand economic principle. “The Strand is the best kept secret in Orange County.
