Strand at Headlands total sales topped $150 million in 2016 and have exceeded $82 million in the first seven months of 2017. Orange County’s final, and newest oceanfront community, The Strand at Headlands, continues to enjoy record sales — a recent oceanfront homesite recently closed escrow at $12 million followed by another oceanfront Strand property that sold for just under $12 million.
With only eight custom homesites remaining at The Strand, its record-breaking sales can be attributed to the law supply and demand — custom homesites outside The Strand in oceanfront private gated communities in Dana Point and Laguna Beach are almost nonexistent.

Orange County’s Final Oceanfront Community Continues to Break Sales Records!
