Angelina is a veteran real estate agent and broker who has worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years for various development and real estate companies including The Irvine Company, Warmington Homes, Coldwell Banker, Coast Newport Properties, Prudential California Realty, and DMB Realty Network headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. She was the Dedicated Broker for Ladera Ranch Realty focusing on Covenant Hills under the Rancho Mission Viejo/DMB Associates team as well as Santaluz and Cielo in Rancho Santa Fe. Angelina has lived in Three Arch Bay for the past 25 years but has worked both domestically and internationally for the past 13 years in the capacity of Vice President of Sales, creating sales and marketing programs for some of the most prestigious master-planned communities in the US, Mexico and South America. Craig is a native Californian who has been a licensed Broker for the past 25 years. He initiated his career under Remax, where he worked for 10 years. During that time, Craig was named the #1 selling broker twice. Craig left Remax to open his own brokerage, selling real estate and creating sales and marketing programs for various builders throughout Orange County. A well-known hotelier recruited Craig to sell high end luxury real estate in Maui, Cancun, and Anguilla in the Caribbean. Craig is a valued member of The Strand Realty sales team. He is highly knowledgeable on all aspects of real estate sales while leading The Strand’s technology and operations department to ensure that the sales team is utilizing the most current programs and systems.

Jeff has both a California’s Realtors license and a General Contractors license and has worked in the new home building industry for several decades on numerous developments in Hawaii and California. His enthusiasm was rewarded when he received the Sales Manager of the Year award from the Southern California Building Industry Association & Sales and Marketing Council during his tenure at Taylor Woodrow Homes. He also served as the Director of Sales for Laing Luxury Homes where his sales team received the highest customer satisfaction scores nationally among home builders in North America. His current position as the Director of Sales for The Strand at Headlands, has provided an extraordinary opportunity to work with some of the most prominent architects, builders, and engineers in the industry – furthering his extensive knowledge of building and design and how these elements translate to value.

Carol Finizza is a native Californian and a Monarch Beach resident since 1974. She experienced first-hand Monarch Beach’s transformation from quaint beachside community into the sophisticated luxury oceanfront destination that it is today. Carol worked as a sportswriter for the Orange County Register and was a regular contributor for Orange Coast Magazine. She continued her writing career at Royce Advertising where she managed the sales and marketing campaigns for some Orange County’s most successful companies. In 1998, Carol joined The Strand at Headlands as its Community Relations Director. In that role, she represented The Strand in building a ground-swell of community support that helped lead to securing the entitlements for the development. In 2006, Carol became The Strand at Headlands Marketing Director. Her creative and inspired approach to marketing, her deep connection to the community and her team spirit helped to achieve more than 500 million in homes and homesite sales.
